Who Yvette is

A kitchen, a recipe book,
and no shortcuts.

Yvette cooks the way she was taught. Small batches, whole ingredients, nothing rushed and nothing added to make it last longer than it should. The recipes were being made in her kitchen long before they were being made for anyone else.

Everything still goes through her hands, in quantities small enough that she can taste as she goes.
